The Operations & Client Experience Director oversees service quality, scheduling, and client communication. This role ensures every appointment runs seamlessly from arrival to final vehicle inspection.
They coordinate logistics, manage workflow, maintain supply standards, and personally review vehicles before delivery to guarantee Atmos standards are met.
